RezTez, powered by RezLive.com, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the RezTez API, sandbox environment, or any associated services at any time without prior notice.
This may include scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or cases of non-compliance with these Terms.
By registering for or using RezTez, the Partner (hereafter referred to as “API Client” or “Integrator”) agrees to comply fully with all applicable terms, policies, and usage restrictions stated herein.
Access to RezTez is strictly available to verified travel businesses, OTAs, DMCs, aggregators, and technology partners authorized by RezLive.com.
API credentials are provided solely for legitimate business use, and partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access details.
Any unauthorized, fraudulent, or excessive usage of the API may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
The API Client agrees to:
Any misuse, manipulation, or data tampering may lead to immediate revocation of access and legal action where applicable.
All API content, including hotel data, mapping structure, documentation, and software, remains the sole property of RezTez (RezLive.com) or its licensors.
The Partner shall not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the API content or code for any commercial use beyond the agreed integration scope.
Use of RezTez branding, logo, or trademarks requires prior written approval.
All commercial agreements, including setup fees, transaction commissions, or subscription charges, will be governed as per mutually signed commercial contracts or email confirmations. Payment details provided during onboarding will be securely handled by RezTez’s authorized payment partners through encrypted connections.
Currency fluctuations, applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), or government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the API Client unless otherwise stated.
RezTez acts solely as a technology intermediary providing connectivity between travel businesses, wholesalers, and suppliers.
RezTez shall not be held responsible for service failures, cancellations, or financial losses caused by third-party systems or suppliers integrated via the API.
The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RezTez and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or liability arising from misuse of the API, data errors, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
RezTez strives to ensure that the system is always running; however, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical reasons. RezTez will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of major downtimes but shall not be liable for losses due to system unavailability.
RezTez reserves the right to terminate or suspend API access immediately in cases of:

For India-based partners, this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, India. For partners based outside India, the agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts.
RezTez may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to align with business, regulatory, or technological changes.
Updated versions will be published on www.reztez.com, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
